Absolutely great hotel, did not want to leave.

The staff helped us and were pleasant and accommodating.

The location of the hotel was great, at a moderate distance from a 19th-century fortification. the employees were informative and great all the time. the rooms were bright and quiet with private bathrooms.

recently renovated nice basic hotel in great location in a makeshift trailer park right across the street. location just off the alley and downtown core and restaurants and residential area. appetising food in the restaurants such as manvirro's indian grill, located 5 min away.

This newly decorated hotel was clean. Pet-friendly and recently refurbished units with a TV, great ventilation and 3 double beds, and the staff were attentive. The venue had a decent location near Dog Off Leash Area.

This place has a great location right next to various restaurants, supermarkets, and the art district.

Our favourite, good basic hotel in Nanaimo with efficient and excellent staff. Easy check-in, late check-out. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Had such a wonderful stay during winter time. Beautifully decorated and pet-friendly unit for our needs, we appreciated it. - the staff there were very helpful and excellent. - the location was particularly good, close to the Port-O-Call Inn.

The queen room was modern and had air conditioning along with a flat screen cable TV. We enjoyed the pleasant view from the inner courtyard 😊.

Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent and we enjoyed the delicious dishes, plus the location was really nice with a Starbucks just a mile away at Café Terminal Park.

The hotel has a great location right by the taxi stand. the rooms were bright and quiet, perfect for our needs. Having a small fridge and a microwave oven in the room was very handy.

One downside is that the towels provided were not sufficient for a family of five.
